After sending my CV to the company via their website, I then had a 10 minute interview via telephone the same week. They ask the same questions to you a few times, to make sure your not lying for any answers, then you here back within a week if you have a face to face interview or not. They tell you on the phone interview the day and time the face to face interviews are so they you can keep that afternoon free. It was a week between my phone call interview and face to face. When arriving at the facility you have to go through security first then proceed to reception where you wait for your staff member who will show you around the facility and potentially interview you. After the show around you are then interviewed in a very casual manor, very informal to see what your like personality wise. After that you will then proceed back to your car. I received an email within a few days asking to confirm and authorise a background check to be carried out via another company. My journey ended here as I decided I did not want to continue with interview process due to change of circumstance for myself. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not get an offer as I didn't wait for a response of the outcome.
