I was initially contacted by an HR recruiter, within two or three business days of applying for the position. My initial phone interview with HR then proceeded to a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then invited to an on-site interview, where I was interviewed by three individuals within the company. They were all very pleasant and engaged during the interview.

Telephone interview which lasted about 15 min, interviewer was nice enough didn't feel too daunting.
