Over the phone with the supervisor. No video call. Maybe two interviews and more conversation with the recruiter. Supervisor vaguely mentioned “quarterly bonus”, but not allot of detail about it. Raises do not occur on your yearly hire date anniversary and you have to wait until June.

Went smoothly and management was very friendly and not biased, conducted a very appropriate business interview that consisted of great questions as a manager you would want to know out of your future employee.

First interview was a 15 min phone call and second interview is in person at hospital, currently waiting for an email about second interview. Asked questions about where I went to school , did I graduate high school, asking me what shift I want and starting pay .
