So there were 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was the HR round. The second round was the manager round and the final round was senior manager round. The process went very smoothly.

The HR asked fundamental questions, mainly about yourself, and tested my knowledge regarding clinical trials, testing, etc. The manager asked about internships and a few projects. The senior manager round was particularly about the resume. He asked about recent projects and skills mentioned in the resume.
