I applied online for a position. It took them more than a month to contact me via phone. They did a little screening with a few questions on the phone about my current position and roles I have, and then scheduled me for an interview the next week. They said they would contact me within the same week either way, to which they did not. They also said I could e-mail them with any questions I had, to which I did and to follow up, with no response. Instead I got a rejection letter in the mail 3 weeks after the interview.

Just go in and wait for your time for the interview, you'll be seated and have a one of one interview. Once that's done they'll call you if you're hired.

Asked about if you've seen their website, read about what they do, know what the machine does, or know what the machine is on their site. Then proceeded with about yourself, what you did, and what can you bring to the company.
