The interview went pretty well, though over an hour long. They weren't hard to talk to, but after the interview, I stopped receiving helpful emails and responses. It seems they ghost if they do not want to move forward, even if you say a kind thank-you email.

Phone call interviews heavily focused on customer service. First interview is with your direct manager, second is with the supporting manager. The third interview they breakdown the day to day work experience, the process, pay scale, work equipment, etc... to make sure you have a full understanding of company policy and expectations.
