There were two interviews: the first one with HR, and the second one with the guy who would be my supervisor. After the second interview I took an aptitude test to guage how well i fit the position. I was then offered the job. At the time, Lakeside went through Manpower so I actually got offered the position through Manpower and had to track my hours for the first three months. After that, I was offered the job through Lakeside, went in for the pre-employment drug test/physical and once i passed those, I was hired in by Lakeside.
From my understanding, Lakeside no longer outsources all of its hiring (only some shop jobs are sourced now) so most positions should be immediate hire now.
