Horrendous experience . This company runs recruitment campaigns that seem to have no criteria, they work on a first come-first served basis and have zero respect for applicants. I successfully passed the first interview stage which was a remote interview that last 30 mins. I was informed on the spot that I passed to the next stage whose date and time was planned and confirmed via email too. Less than 48 hours before the 2ond planned interview, I received an automated reply [no mentions of the cancellation, no name, zero transparency] to the same email thread that I was rejected. I reached out to the responsible asking clarifications or the possibility of an error, via email and phone but there was no reply. I was unsure on whether I should go to the venue of the interview the date after. I'd suggest think twice if you want to go to an invited interview by this company, it might be a waste of time in your job search journey . Their recruitment is 100% unfair as they favour some applicants by giving them more interview rounds and reject others before they interview them on solely biased criteria!
