Hi Candidate, This is to inform you that 10 LPA is the highest band that we wish to offer to a candidate with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. If you refer to our communication, we never promised you a salary of 10 LPA at any point in the process due to your limited experience in the field (1 year). As far as a retention bonus is concerned, we think that it is a good practice to ensure that you are also invested in the product. I am sorry that you had a bad experience in the interview process you had with us. Thank you for providing feedback regarding the process.
