Phone call interview. I found the job in Indeed and applied online. I got the phone interview one month later. Mainly on behavior questions. The interviewer has some accent thus it's not that easy to understand his questions. But those are pretty relative simply questions.
This Mechanical Engineer is located in Austria, haven't got any news after phone interview. I guess there should be an on-site interview afterwards if you are chosen by them.

Incoherent; individual interviewers were great, but the process was entirely opaque. I was escorted to the door silently, buth then I got an offer. It was very strange. The hiring manager seemed eager to get me to accept, but was evasive when I asked questions.
