I went through five interview rounds with the company—three technical and two managerial—and successfully cleared all of them. After that, I was asked to submit multiple documents, including my previous offer letter, payroll details, passport, and other information for offer processing. Everything was reviewed and confirmed to be clear, which naturally gave me strong hope and confidence.
Unfortunately, after this stage, communication completely broke down. My follow‑up calls and emails were ignored, and I was left in silence for nearly two weeks. Eventually, I received a rejection email.
What was most disappointing was not the rejection itself, but the unprofessional handling of the process. Ghosting candidates after collecting sensitive documents and raising expectations reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment ethics. Transparency and timely communication are basic courtesies, especially after candidates invest significant time, effort, and emotional energy.
This experience left me feeling that my time, energy, and—most painfully—hope were needlessly wasted. I genuinely believe the company needs to rethink how it treats candidates and improve accountability in its hiring process.
