Reasons of leaving and why you choose our company.
During the interview, the hiring manager appeared disengaged and repeatedly scrolled his phone while I was answering questions. This happened several times and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the HR manager interrupted me multiple times while I was responding, which made it difficult to properly communicate my answers.
Overall, the interview experience felt unwelcoming and poorly conducted. It was disappointing, especially for a company of this reputation, and it raised concerns about the team’s professionalism and workplace culture.
