I was given a tour of the office and introduced to the staff. Then I was sitting in a room with 2 or 3 employees who asked me interview questions. I was given an interview by applying through Handshake. The interviewers did not seem late-back, more intense. They showed we some projects they'd been working on to try to get an idea of if I'd like the job or not.
