Met with a recruiter who went over your resume and information. They then matched you with an employment listing that fit your goals. Then meet with the manager and do a walk around and interview. Usually after one or two days you would receive a call with a yes or no and begin the background check and clearance process.

In person interview with the nurse manager on the floor, They ask questions about your resume, which they keep on hand. Once the interview is over you have the option to shadow for about 2 hours afterwards to get a gauge of the floor.
