They call you you after applying for some general question about yourself and the job. Then they ask about why you chose to apply and what you hope to achieve at the end of the two years learnership

It was a telephonic interview with questions about my educational background, my availability, the position I am applying for and why I'm applying for it. It was very short and straight forward.
