They walk you in, you sit down with the lab manager and your future trainer and just ask you a few basic questions. They fill in a sheet while you answer however do make you aware that they are listening. You get a call back, not long after.

I went in, sat down and answered questions while they filled in forms. There were two people and it was during the day, I was going after someone else. It wasn't hectic and they encouraged me to relax and were very friendly and nice.
