The interview process is a two-part process which includes a coding challenge and system design challenge, along with meeting some of the team and behavioural questions.
Everyone I met in the interviews were very friendly and open. The developers brief you on the challenges and ensure you have a good understanding before you start, they will also help prompt you should there be any moments when they would like more information.
Overall, I feel the interview process is good as it ensures that both the interviewee and the team at LandTech get a good idea if the company / potential employee are a good fit.

Really thorough process talking to many people across the department, that felt like it was focused on how you worked as an engineer rather than any specific language or technology.
