GD (group discussion), psychometric test, PI ( personal interview)
They were keen to know management and customer handling skills , preference was given to students with baground related to retail or roles where the were managing or handling customers.

It was very easy and good. HR was very nice. He spoke nicely and heard all the answers patiently. Overall experience was great. Manager are also very nice. Answered all my queries
