Online Interview process since I was hired from India. However, for local candidates they do in person interviews as well. First round is with the HR followed by hiring manager. Final salary negotiations are done by the HR.

They will take Multiple stage of interviews . first consulatant will select the cv after that it will go to the manager of HR then Finance manager then finally head of concept.

Interview process was worst and director was taking excel test during the interview and expecting to reveal the current company details. Also not very attentive during the interview or can say not listening to you. Also asking questions that was not according to you field. No benefits from the Company like meal and transportation.

Not at all related to you field be prepared for some random questions from the planet.
The interview process was quite interesting. I was given a case study and then I interviewed with the department head. I was referred internally, so the interviewer had a background to test me with.
