Telephone interview followed by face-to-face interview with HR manager then the IT manager. HR manager asked about soft skills and personality questions for 15 minures whilst IT manager asked technical questions for half an hour or so. Entire interview was an hour long. Never received feedback for the interview even though technical questions were answered correctly.
