One of the more unprofessional interviews I've had in my career. It was a waste of my PTO. Interviewer was unprepared, 15 min late, and clearly had no idea what my background was. Classic bait and switch: talked about role that did not match their original email and said it was no longer available. The funniest part: I could VERY VISIBLY tell they were answering emails when I was answering their questions through the reflection of their glasses. Why even arrange an interview in the first place? This company should consider making a more professional first impression. Red flag.
