Typing test, internet explorer test (open a browser, go to the lands' end website, find a product), outlook test (open outlook, type a fake email), quick phone call role play. Simple one-on-one interview. Basic questions, nothing difficult. They go through these interviews fairly quick because it's seasonal hiring.
