Very silly process, the recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and the first question she asks me in the interview is “are you looking for a new job?” No I took this job interview to speak to you because I’m looking for the total opposite (!)
Secondly, she is so out of touch with capital markets and doesn’t even know what Bloomberg Terminal is.
When I asked if they use it, she seemed dumbfounded.

The interview process was very straightforward, There were 2 rounds of interview First round: I was given 4 days to do a home assignment and present it to the team Second round: Interview with the CEO The talk was pleasant and the people here are super smart and innovative. I think they are on the right track to becoming a leader in the space.
