The interview process was a little lengthy due to having an in person interview with the store manager of the location as well as phone call interviews with both a SM of another location and the DM, but all of the interviews were relatively easy and actually made me feel more secure in the questions they were asking because it showed the standard they wanted their employees to meet.

I'm a current employee so I applied for the open position and when the Manager didn't mention my application I brought it to her attention. i stood in her doorway while she sat in her chair and we talked about the sales lead opening.
