The interview was very nice and consisted of a group 6 back to back 30 min interview with various levels of the project management team. Later after that phase was completed there was a brief lunch and then a site visit of one of their local projects.

Informal interview that was mostly centered around past experience. Was pushed to the interview phase after a recruiter saw relevant past internship experience on my resume. Overall casual and easy experience.

I had an in person interview while at a job convention. Quick 30 min interview with a senior estimator. It was relaxed and was more of a behavioral interview with minimal technical questions.
