Had a phone screening where was asked basic fit questions, then was given a zoom interview about three weeks later with the PM of the firm where I gave a brief introduction and then was mostly just told about the firm, what they do, and their culture.

Felt like a conversation with the office manager and went through an interview with the recruiter. Overall, the interview was formal but also they make you feel comfortable. Not a lot of technical questions and primarily focused on what you can offer to the company rather than your knowledge off the top of your head.
