Was given a phone interview and then invited for a second round of interviews, either in person or on a conference call. Chose conference call because up at school, call was with a few lead engineers and someone from HR.

The guy was rude and not personable at all. He was very rude about my gpa even after I explained that I graduated high school a year early. I really think they're just looking for people with really high grades not necessarily personable.

Brief phone interview asking basic questions about my coursework, proficiency in autocad, strengths and weaknesses, etc. It went smoothly and there was no unexpected questions in the interview. It took maybe 30 minutes.
