I applied online and then got an email from HR in New Jersey for a phone screening. Then I advanced on for an in-person interview with the project manager of the site. Both were nice and helpful!

The guy was rude and not personable at all. He was very rude about my gpa even after I explained that I graduated high school a year early. I really think they're just looking for people with really high grades not necessarily personable.

Brief phone interview asking basic questions about my coursework, proficiency in autocad, strengths and weaknesses, etc. It went smoothly and there was no unexpected questions in the interview. It took maybe 30 minutes.
