2 times I tried the process via Teleperformance and I just can't get the parameters. First time I wasn't approved in the English test, though I am fluent. Second time I wasn't approved even in the first phase (simulated situations). I am graduated in Translation. Really frustrating. Also...it took 4 hours this process.

Simulated situations, in my case, on the first scenario I was a secretary in a doctor's office and on the second scenario I was an interpreter translating for a client who had a problem with his credit card.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training

CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
