The online application is user friendly. The day they contacted me for the interview, they have provided me with all the information about the position. The interview process is long, but very organized. Everything is done over the phone or the web. The support team and management are available to provide any job related support and in a prompt manner.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training

CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
