Easy if you know basic networking and troubleshooting. I recommend studying for the Network+ and CCNA as well as Windows client and server configurations just to get an understanding of networks. Study for the A+ too if you want an even better shot at doing well in the interview.

Phone interview then one meeting face to face. The office is larger than I thought it would be. It was not hard to find free parking. There are no restraunts or BART nearby from what I saw.
I imagine that I’d frequently be on the phone. The office was amazingly quiet with little movement though it looked like most of their employees were in. I’ve worked in this type of environment before where it’s silent but for me speaking on the phone and I was fine with it. Just mentioned it in case this matters to someone. It’s also an office of older people so don’t expect a ping pong table or air hockey, nor did I see one or much movement or activity besides people working . This is what I personally prefer but I know most of my friends would rather work in an energetic and loud environment with games sprinkled throughout the office. This is not the case here. It was a very steady and even dry environment in my experience.
I was disappointed with the gentleman I met with - maybe the owner. He was a nice man however when I left the interview he said he would definitely follow up and tell me no he was not going to hire me or alternatively next steps. As you might have guessed, I never heard back.
