The interview was conducted online. I was given about 2 weeks to prepare, and the interview consisted of a demo tutoring session for 10 min on a topic of my choice. The next 20 min were spent on interview questions about myself.

1 Introduction (briefly introduce yourself and your background)
2 Demonstration (pretend to hold a lesson for one of the IB subject topics picked by the recruiter)
3 General questions (scenario-based questions and practical questions such as schedule)
