Phone interview with headquarters twice and then in face interview with 2 current employees. One senior and one junior. They ask you questions about your knowledge of the company and if you have skills pertaining to their process and ask you questions related to lab work and how you work with others. They give you some scenarios you may encounter in their lab and you have to tell them how you would respond.

Very straightforward and engaging questions to see if I fit the roll and how I would fit the job opportunities with growth . It was all very professional and over zoom.
