Colloquio
Two stages:
1. HR/Technical interview. Standard questions about background. More technical questions about specific things one did. They wanted to know what you were talking about. Then technical questions related to the job, in my case - mechanical.
2. Last stage with the CEO. Seemed more like a formality. Just couple of questions. It included negotiation of salary.
