Larsen & Toubro for campus recruitment follows a program called as Graduate Trainee Recuritments. Recruited students are inductated as Graduate Engineer Trainees. College students in final year are interviewed for the same. The selection process is 3-4 stages spanning across 1-2 days. First the candidates are short listed based on academic performance. Students generally with first class in all semester/year and with only 1 oe 2 KTs are shortlisted for first stage of selection. Subsequently they are tested on their analytical, quantitative and interpretational abilities. Upon clearing this stage there are one or two rounds of interview. The interview is technical followed by technical or HR.
