First there is a written test which tests your basic english, analytical and logical skills. There are questions which ask you to continue a certain series, questions to check your logical reasoning, english skills etc.
After this there is an interview. Only one round of interview which is a technical interview

Nothing as such. THey grill you on your favourite engineering project. It is always best to say something on thermodynamics or machine design or fluid mechanics rather than go for metrology and all. Then something on your engineering project as well

Comfortable. Giving time to answer after every question. Also giving hints. Started with introduction, questions on internships and core and ends with basic hr questions and asked about our area of interest.

Asking about higher studies plans and relocation availability. Asking about any physical disorders. Are you open to physical jobs and not only desk job
