Easy, fairly straightforward, asked standard questions, was asked to do a trial shift afterwards, only one interview with manager. Environment was described as "one big crazy family" which I didn't recognise as a red flag at the time.

Invited to a very informal interview probably 10 minutes with assistant manager. Then invited to a trial shift a couple of days later where I worked on the bar, lots to do and very busy considering I wasn't getting paid. Then had another formal interview with the resturant manager, whom then said he would phone in a few days. Had all good signs and was told the trial shift went really well/ good scores on the test, but not offered a position.
