Very relaxed and not formal in the slightest, i was sat down at one of the bar tables, had a chatter with the manager and was barely asked anything about my competency in the role and then was offered a job
Applied through Harri and then received a short call about my experience and inviting me to an in person interview. In person they ask the usual questions you’d expect - availability, experience, you can ask any questions.

The interview was around 20 minutes and they asked a lot of questions and scenarios. Some questions were work related and some about yourself. Some questions were a bit strange
