Interview went very differently than presented by recruiter. I made sure several times it was remote with recruiter prior due to covid as I had much better offers for FT in house however did not seem to be a remote role. They said owner likes to "meet in person" and also asked where I lived to see if office was close by. I was flexible and said I can meet one on one in open space with mask and available for meetings, but feeling is they expected much more than that? There seemed to be a lot of bluffing as well which I won't specify here for confidentiality. Overall seemed like a tricky place without good team based on interview I did not want to involve myself in. I looked up glassdoor after, and there was a bad review to confirm my feelings... I told my recruiter I did not want to continue the process.
