The interview will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will include a detailed discussion of the job role, daily responsibilities, and expectations. The hiring team will review relevant background and experience, explain department workflows, scheduling, and training, and provide insight into the team environment.

Effective and easy. Handled mainly in Zoom meetings or phone interviews. The individuals I interviewed with were "real people." There was never an interviewer/interviewee exchange. Everything flowed freely, we laughed, and the environment created a space that was encompassing of open honest communications.
