The Interview process was very easy and going quite smoothly.
The first interview was about getting to know the manager the position, when I could tell about my skills and how I could fit the position.
The interview was very casual and thats what I really liked. The interview was in zoom,
2nd interview was at their office. Since the business idea is sharing the sustainability, so the office looks very sustainable too. Very cosy and bohemian style office with comfy sofas. For the 2nd interview I had to prepare a case where I showcased the process of creating ads. They wanted to know how I used their creatives to create ads. The 2nd interview was quite technical about campaigns, budgets, metrics.
