      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lasting Image (Sinking Spring, PA)

      Colloquio

I was contacted by Rick Mann a few weeks ago. He and his wife have been in this industry for 27 years, and while we have never met, I have been working in a similar/complimentary industry for 14 years. We had a wonderful introductory call and from that, decided we would meet in person to continue our conversation. I met with Rick and Linda yesterday and was overwhelmed with how dedicated they are to their business and their employees. They truly care about their clients and the programs they run for those clients. I believe that their dedication has made them so successful. They shared many stories (both good and bad) about managing client expectations, customer service and how they solve escalations without question. I suppose that is why I am so impressed. At this time, we will continue to move forward in the process.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

What type of programs had I worked on? Really, we had more of a conversation that allowed us to both ask questions. We are still in discussions, so while I say below that I got the job, this is preliminary.

Thank You for a great interview. An interview is much like a marriage. You have to date several times first and get to know each other. Since neither party knows each other, we find it key to spend a significant amount of time with questions, being honest and sharing information from both sides. Once we get to know each other well, it becomes time to share the ring for the long time venture of helping each other grow. We owe each other success. We are looking forward to next steps.
