The interview isn't for an actual position, it's to screen you on whether you'd like to add your profile to their website for other companies to hire you. Like a recruitment/middleman service. I'm looking for an actual position, so I was pretty disappointed at the lack of transparency upfront.

I interviewed to be taken on as a candidate over the phone, which lasted for about 20 minutes. After the interview I was accepted as a candidate and started coaching sessions to apply with individual companies from there.
