I was called for screening. Once that was completed I was offered a group interview with technical questions and a skills assessment. This was to ensure I was capable of taking the job. After that my references were called and I was offered the position. The HR staff were very approachable, friendly, and made the process so enjoyable and stress free. I felt like regardless of if I received the job or not that I was supported by all individuals during the process.

One initial phone call to talk about experience and current projects then another phone call with technical questions about OO Programming and the tech stack that is part of the job description.
