the interview happend in two phases, the first phase was the group discuusson and the second phase was the interview. in first phase we sat in a panal of 10 students and only few got selected gor the next round.

Its a lengthy process for internship, and quiet intermediating , however one can easily feel frustrated for mere internship you are keeping such lengthy process. Don’t know about onboarding as I didn’t feel welcome, so I didn’t join.
