Day long in person interview (before COVID-19) - had several 30 minute long mini-interviews with PIs in the group and lunch with other postdocs. Gave a 45 minute talk on graduate projects. discussed job growth and professional development opportunities.

At first, I sent an email to ask for the potential postdoc job, had several online meetings with the PI. Then, proceeded with the several evaluations like online evaluation processes and career confirmation processes with previous institutes, and finally signing the offer letter to get the DS-2019 documents.
