I got an invite for a phone screen 1 week after I applied online. 1 month later I scheduled a call with the hiring manager. 1 month after that I got an invite to interview onsite, scheduled 1 month out. Onsite interview included a presentation. Got ghosted.

Relaxed for the most part. Lengthy, six hours and met with a new person every 1/2 hour. Not the typical interview questions and no trick questions. They went through the topics on the job description. Met with division and associate division leaders. Everyone was very nice.
