I applied and then was immediately sent an email requesting a timed video interview. It was actually quite an efficient and easy way to interview. It was about 8 questions long.

Applied online in January and they told me that they didn't have any management positions available but that they would get back to me when they did. I emailed 3-4 months later and suddenly they did have a Store Manager position available. The interview was conducted on Skype with two of the HR, where a lot of the questions were irrelevant to the position I applied for as they wanted to know more about where I see their brand in comparison to the market and other brands. To me it was a very unexpected type of interview for a store manager position as I would have expected more questions about my management style and relevant experience. They never got back to me, which I find very disrespectful as I took the time to apply and go through the recruitment process without getting an answer.
