Colloquio
I applied online and within 10 minutes, I received an email from the HR Department. The first step in the process was scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty informational, it was mostly her telling me about LePort and the position that they are hiring for. She also asked questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "Why would you like to be a Teacher Assistant?" After the initial interview, she told me that she would love to schedule an in-person interview for me, where I would go in and have an interview with the Principal of the campus. I emailed her my availabilities and it actually took maybe 2 weeks for her to response/schedule my in-person interview.
The in-person interview was maybe around an hour. I sat with the principal of the campus and he looked over my resume and asked me questions based on what he saw on my resume. He then took me around the campus and showed me the different age groups of each classroom and told me more about the position and what they are looking for.
It took over 3 weeks for me to finally get a response to whether or not I got the job. However, the experience was good and they were overall very nice throughout the process.
