Panel interview with HR, COO and CEO. Seemed odd that the CEO was conducting interview for assistant branch manager. Branch Manager was not in the interview. My feeling was that the CEO is a micro manager and likes to be involved with everything. Culture and and vibe from people met was exciting. Overall great interaction with them was great. After interview, you have to take a personality and analytics test.
